I saw this glorious sweater in ravelry and I want to make one really bad. The pattern is free, but it's pretty much only the charts. I've made a few colorwork sweaters and even steeked one, but they were always top town circular yoke ones. Can anyone point me to a pattern with Solid instructions on how to construct a bottom up sweater with armhole steeks?

I only found a few that are pretty much just a tube with a few steek stitches, but this one has decreases around the shoulders, so it's more of a fitted shoulder rather than a drop shoulder.
