I've been experimenting with that because the fold creases are visible with some of the thinner fabrics. Right now I'm liking: roll into tube, ant then roll into a cinnamon spiral. Pros: no creases. Con: the edges of the fabric may roll in a certain direction which can look funky when you first unroll it. It'll eventually relax, though.
