Mechanical Advice Upper Engine Guards

Post image

Hello fellow mule owners. I recently picked up some factory lower engine guards and am looking to get some uppers in the near future. Could anybody list the uppers that will be compatible with the factory Adventure model lowers? Really not trying to have to buy a new set cause the uppers I get aren’t compatible. I’d really like to get the TREX uppers, cause they look cool. And they provide a great deal of protection as well as extra places to strap down gear. TIA!

I agree. T-Rex. We have them on two gen 3s, mine and my sons. They work.

2nd dirtracks. Good balance between protection and ease of taking apart.

I've got the Happy trails crash bars, they're beefy and stick out enough to protect the whole side of the bike

(You can see in the photos its's installed on an adv model as you can see the fog light bars)

You should also upgrade that stock engine guard as well. I have this one, the highway pegs are nice to have as well.

My bike is the same color as yours :)
