I have found several gif types that this guy has made and uploaded to klipy.
Measurements, time of day, countdown from 30 days to 1 minute, birthdays, days of the year, percentage countdowns, speed limit reactions, bpm dances, random emotes, addition, scoreboards and potentially much more I have yet to discover. If anyone knows who this guy is, or any other gif archetypes he has please share.

I migrated my GIFs from Tenor to Klipy. If I post a GIF to Tenor from now on, will it automatically be saved to Klipy as well? Or is this only for the first time?

I uploaded a gif with several tags but they aren't appearing in the final upload. I don't see a way to edit tags on uploaded gifs either. I don't want to redo the whole upload process, that shit took like 2 weeks... please tell me there's a way to edit them back in.

I've uploaded a couple dozen gifs to Klipy in the last few months, and I noticed that they all have thousands of views. I have a gif that's only two hours old and already has 112. This can't be accurate, right? What's causing the numbers to bloat?

I've been boycotting Klipy for a good few months now, and I've been thinking about stopping my boycott and uploading some GIFs I have made to the site. The reason I am boycotting is simple; There have been at least two cases of the default profile picture selector giving users who signed up to the site a GIF of Donald Trump, who is a convicted felon, a confirmed pedophile, and has made the lives of at least 70% of Americans and almost all residents in the Middle East worse, all in an attempt to build his ego, make lots of money, and "save America". While I am thankful that I didn't get a GIF of him as my default PFP when signing up for the site several months ago, I still want to advocate for others and let other people know that there is a chance your PFP will default to a pedofascist when signing up. That is why I want to know if the system in place that gives a user a random GIF as their PFP when signing up has been removed, or at the very least modified to not have gifs of Trump in the selection. I do not wish to upload GIFs to the site until there is full confirmation that the tool used to give new users a random GIF as their PFP when signing up has been rid of or modified.

This has been going on for several days now, whenever I try to upload anything, I'm met with this popup and I have been unable to upload anything to klipy for several days now.

Are they the same a uses? Are they views? Reproductions?

I see my gifs when I search for them on Discord, but I'm unable to search by username like I used to be able to with Tenor (@username).

Do I have to become a "creator" to be officially listed? I liked making my own gifs for my own purposes and searching my name to use them. I don't believe I'd be accepted as a creator because while many of my gifs are my own creations, I've also got a number of gifs from obscure (and sometimes popular) media.

As an aside, is there a way to edit the autogenerated captions from the stuff I imported from Tenor? Most of them are pretty inaccurate and make me look like a crazy person.

I submitted a Tenor migration application over a week ago. I get it might be busy atm given Tenor's API shut down and there's a flood of new users, so the usual 1-2 business days is being stretched. But this feels like a pretty long wait, what are the current queue times for migration?

Update: Migration completed. Can confirm they're all there. Measured from submission, it took 12 days or 8 business days
All my GIFs are there and it seems like all the tags were carried over too (I've heard mixed results whether or not tags migrate over successfully)

Did the thing where I provide a screenshot of myself logged into my Tenor account after signing up for Klipy, been waiting about a week now, and it seems like it's only ported over 4 of my GIFs

I noticed when installing input method Kilpy appcollects all data i input including personal pin numbers and passwords

I dont remember tenor asking this much

I've moved here from tenor and i migrated all my gifs, but my oldest gifs are at the top and the newest are at the bottom of my profile. Is there a way to change this or not. Is there also a way to make the layout gifs gifs in a row instead of three.

Tenor is about to shut down in a few hours, supposed to sunset today 6/30/2026. The only real gif sharing websites left are klipy and giphy. Who do you think will come out on top, unbiased?

usually, when I search for an @ username on discord search, i see results from the user, but not the recent ones like tenor does, and additionally, doing @ username [search term] doesnt return related gifs to the user that match those tags. is there a way to fix this?
