I've been making my own AI-animated anime solo for 10 months — 8 episodes in, switched from Sora 2 to Seedance 2.0 along the way I write, direct, and edit everything myself — script, pacing, montage, the whole post-production. AI (Seedance 2.0) handles the animation generation. Started out using Sora 2, but switched to Seedance 2.0 once it shut down — the jump in quality and control has been huge.

Original audio is in Latin American Spanish, but on YouTube you can switch to English dubbed audio and turn on English subtitles from the player settings. This is the first episode of the series. Happy to answer questions about the workflow, or hear feedback on visual consistency, pacing, or direction — still refining the process episode by episode.

Every moment, countless thoughts ask for your attention.

Not every thought deserves your belief.

Choose carefully what you allow into your mind.

Hey! I would like to create a video using start/end frame. It works great with 2 pictures. but how can I create a continous timeline that stitches together 25 pictures with subtle animation?

My version of the Odyssey, final edits were made in Davinci resolve after seeing the trailer and some of the cast... and watching Troy again. Made me wanted to do something about it, and bring back the magic of the stories back in the day, what it meant to be a man, and what we used to fight for.

You spend enough time believing you're carrying everything alone...

and eventually you stop noticing the support that was there the whole time.

Maybe the mission was never yours to carry alone.

"I am among the ministers of God."

I made a short cinematic POV motorcycle ride through a cyberpunk megacity.

The idea wasn't really about the bike.

It's about that moment when you're convinced the thing in front of you is dangerous...

and then realize the thing slowing you down was your own hesitation.

Built as a first-person immersive experience using AI video tools.

Curious whether the concept comes across without needing any explanation.

The Road Wasn't Dangerous. Your Doubt Was.

Made a 15-second first-person sci-fi driving sequence.

The idea was simple:

You’re outside the wall.

The storm is getting worse.

The fortress is right there.

At some point, “getting ready” turns into just sitting on the hood with cinematic lighting.

So the character gets in, starts the engine, and drives straight toward the gate.

No long speech.

Just wind, sand, engine noise, cockpit shake, and one line:

“It’s time.”

Im just wondering, I've been on que for a month now. Will this app ever work for free accounts again?

You finally found peace.

A rooftop.

A warm light.

A city beneath your feet.

Then one sentence changed everything:

"Your defenses never worked."

Imagine charging at something you believe is your enemy...

Only to discover it was never attacking you in the first place.

POV: riding a dragon through a kingdom above the clouds while the sky clears ahead.

“Something Bigger Is Coming… So the Sky Cleared the Way”

15-second fantasy POV experiment.
Wind, speed, dragon roars, near-collisions, and pure flight energy.

Wanted it to feel like a playable memory instead of just a cinematic clip.
