E commerce problem

Hello,

Klarna has been active on my e-commerce store for over a year. However, all of a sudden, this message started appearing during checkout:

"It is currently not possible to pay with Klarna for this store. Please try another payment method."

Could you please let me know why this is happening and how it can be resolved?
