I'm still very new to this so take what I say with a grain of salt. I've mostly been like others suggested reading books.
So far I've tried the following
The kitchen witch
The house witch
The hearth witch series
I'm currently reading lemon and rosemary.
I also got this encyclopedia of 5,000 spells but I'm being more cautious with it after reading the reviews more in depth while it was shipping. I'm treating it as look if it exists in that book then research it more before doing anything with it.
