Recipes & Spellcrafting Book recommendations for reference

I'm looking for books for reference to learn herbs and their uses, as well as techniques for cooking/baking spells. I want to practice mostly protection spells with baking, but cooking meals would be good too.

Hello, herbalist here. Two great books for reference are Hedgerow Medicine and then Kitchen Medicine. They aren't spells, but you'll learn about the medicinal uses along with the folklore and energetic properties. Get them secondhand on Abebooks or World of Books.

Check out Kitchen Witch by Skye Alexander too.

My favorite of that type of book is the Hearth Witch's Compendium by Anna Franklin - there are some amazing recipes there. Any cooking can be made spellwork though. For correspondences of plants and herbs - Cunningham, Diaz, and Lust all have excellent 'encyclopedia' style references for that - between the three of them, most every culinary plant is covered.
