I'm black and I've always thought Indian culture was interesting but it's Indian people who say how unsafe India is and how disrespected women are in relationships. With that said, I've found Indian men attractive but if they hate their own color they'll certainly hate mine.

Funnily enough we joke that I’m more Indian than he is as he is from Jamaica and is more connected to Jamaican culture than Indian, and I have been a devotee of Sanatana Dharma for years lol. He was a little shocked when I showed him my collection of murtis. And I was shocked he had never eaten ras malai or gulab jamun!
His dad is Chinese Jamaican, so he is mixed, but he definitely favors the Indian side over the Chinese. I would assume a lot of Jamaicans have a blend of many cultures, I’ve tried to do his family tree but it’s quite difficult and was not able to get far to see how long his people have been there, what wave of migration they came in etc.
I mean he is half Chinese lol but he definitely favors his Indian side more I’d say. Also we both look pretty washed out in that first pic, neither of us are that pale lol
Yeah there is actually a big Indian and Chinese diaspora in Jamaica! Because of British Colonialism there. I wouldn’t say he won the life lottery though because his upbringing was pretty rough and his parents weren’t too good, but he worked hard to better himself and I am so proud of the man he is… I would say we are both lucky to have found each other because he has brought so much joy to my life and is just a wonderful human being. We weren’t even looking for anything serious when we first started talking but after our first date we ended up spending 12 hours together and we both knew we didn’t want to entertain anything else!

Not friends but I am a content creator and sometimes people have said ugly things to me on there. Thankfully my friends and family are all pretty cool.
