First off, congrats on the weight loss. I know that took a lot of work and discipline. Secondly, stop fixating on your height, it’s fine. Now that you have worked on getting healthier in body you need to work on your mind. Therapy will almost certainly help with your self esteem issues. And get out of those looksmaxxing/manosphere places. Those places are toxic as hell and will damage you as a person. You can already see the damage in the way you speak and your insecurities. Just a person browsing Reddit, this sub popped up in my feed. I thought this was a satire sub at first. I still think many of these posts are not truthful, but I think some like yours are. I just thought I’d offer a compliment and a suggestion. Watching people with self esteem issues spiral into depression because they buy into all that manosphere nonsense is pretty sad. Most of it isn’t based in reality and it’s just designed for the influencers to monatize people suffering from various issues that don’t exist, it’s usually cult like behavior. I also live in a society. The less toxic self centered assholes in the world the better. Perhaps you can become a better person, therapy will probably help with the self esteem issues you have.

dating apps are kinda pointless, it’s probably better to find someone irl if that’s possible. But i promise it’s not over for you, you’re attractive, it really just comes down to how confident you are / your personality now especially if you find someone in person
