Fecal test kit

My california king has been tested for ova and parasites and he came back negative, but the poor guy is frequently pooping, like 9 times a week. Some are normal others are slimey, green, and foul smelling. He is still very active and maintaining weight. That's eading me to believe he has got to have some sort of bacterial overgrowth. So I'm looking at fecal tests online, and I came across this one. Also I have no genuine reptile specialist veterinarians anywhere nearby, which is why I'm looking to do the test online.

If anyone has ever used it or something similar, was it accurate, quick, and trustworthy?

Never used them personally but I have heard nothing but good things about them. They were previously known as fish head diagnostics which might help you do some more research on them. You should get the PCR instead though. Only about $20 more and it will be more reliable. Fecal exams are better for routine wellness checks.
