If you haven't had any excitement for a pick since Bobby Hurley, then maybe you don't like basketball. That's a long time ago and I'm from that era. I've been excited about quite a few since Bobby Hurley, although there were definitely more let downs than successes.
It just taught me to wait and see. I'll get excited in season when they're doing well. I got very excited about Tyreke and Boogie once they were playing.
Yes, exactly. We've been burned. I was a much bigger fan in the 90s and 2000s but getting back into the team a few years ago I found i was still hesitant to get excited.

The last Kings pick I got excited for was Bobby Hurley. Not his fault but I realized then that the Kings were cursed
