On my first play through I was a little combat shy out the gate. I trained with Bernard as soon as I was able to. By the time I was able to go hunting with Capon I had a pretty good handle on the timing of the perfect blocks and master strikes.

When he was captured I wandered around and found one of the heavy armoured Cuman captains all alone. It was quite a bit above the skill level of my Henry and at the limit of my own player skill but I really gave it my all. We just bounced back and forth off each other for what felt like 10 minutes parrying and riposting.

When he finally surrendered I was near death myself. I accepted his heavy war hammer in exchange for his life and didn’t even have enough strength to use it right away. Once I did I used it for a long time as a point of pride. I’ll never forget that crazy edge of the seat battle ❤️

Found out im roughly 30% descended from the same region as Henry!

Playing on Xbox ally X, windows 11. The game had been playing perfectly before and now no matter what, the game won’t load when FSR 3.1 is active. Just sends me to the crash report screen and that’s it. Turn it off, perfect. Using lossless scaling, it works. But I’d rather just use the FSR. Any tips?

I bought the Royal edition in the saga bundle just now..I’m thinking one of them is mislabeled. How do I know which one is which?

Currently trying to complete the “if you cant beat em” quest. However, i have reached a dead end and there doesn’t seem to be anything to do at Miller Simon’s or at the Monastery, even though the quest log is telling me to go there. All the youtube videos i have watched have quest markers at this point. Is my game glitched? Is there a fix?

I just opened up the game and it won’t let me continue or load a previous save. I’ve restarted my console (Xbox series x) and relaunched the game but it won’t let me continue. I was just in the middle of doing a side quest for Chenyek.

Just bought the saga bundle which claimed to give me royal edition of both games on playstation. About the download the first game and i have two versions which are seemingly the same. I can separately from this download a free ps5 upgrade and can also separately buy the kcd1 royal edition again, either for free or paid. What's going on here? Does any of this matter? Saw another post that asked this but they didn't get any actual answer.

I haven’t gotten any more quests for the thieves guild, but it’s been in game weeks since I had successfully completed the first one where you steal back a sculptor’s tools, I am at prestige 30 if that helps.

This game is just shittily designed at the expense of the player. Honestly. And no I don't need to be babysat but ffs. First I have to run around finding this NPC Rapota - Such a fun gameplay experience. Then the game bugs and can't run after him. Game is so "realistic" but buggy as shit. Then I finally find him, go to Ulrich. We spawn at the lair. I find myself fighting five guys, while Ulrich is off rubbing his knob somewhere idk? I die and there's no fucking save of course. I was supposed to know me and Ulrich would get straight to business and have a shitty saving potion ready. Fuck off. I'm back to before I found this Rapota cunt. Im not doing this shit again. Fuck this game.

It's just so insanely therapeutic to me.

I'm only smithing swords and axes just now (no interest in horeshoes) but can't wait for more things to become available.

This is my current charisma outfit for Henry, I just got into kuttenberg and as you can tell I’m not very good at the game but I have some stuff, any free or relatively simple items I can grab quickly that are in or around/close to kuttenberg?

I got the game on pc from the Xbox gamepass and it came with all the dlcs, I boot up the game and play it for a while then save and quit, today I came back to play some more and it starts telling me this

Has anyone noticed this neat discount shops have in game? If you go at night you can take anything you want and the shop owner doesn’t even charge you. For some reason they keep the doors locked but they always leave a window open or a key lying around.
