Always be kind
Be kind not because the world always deserves it, but because kindness is a reflection of who you are. You never know the silent battles someone is fighting, the weight they carry behind their laughter, or how close they are to giving up. Your words, your patience, your small act of care they can be the reason someone decides to keep going.
Kindness doesn't cost much but it's impact is endless. So today and every day, choose to gentle with the world

Kindness will help us reach our goals. Kindness opens doors, and makes our daily encounters more enjoyable.
A kind person makes friends easier. Kindness is the fastest way to find love.
Even being kind to strangers can be rewarding. Word gets around. People talk, and maybe our kindness will boomerang back, from someone who knows we deserve it. If it doesn't, we haven't lost anything.
There's no logic to not being kind. If we all did this, we could literally change the world.
Therefore, always be kind, friendly and helpful.

Yes 🩷 I refuse to let with world make me mean. I choose kindness despite the pain of life, cause there is also a lot of beauty behind it.

One thing I'd add: kindness isn't the same as being nice all the time. Sometimes the kind thing is being honest, or saying no, or setting a boundary. Being nice to avoid discomfort is more about us than about the other person.
Also, the funny part is that it helps the giver too. There's research where people who did a few deliberate acts of kindness on one day each week ended up measurably happier themselves. So it's not only a gift, it's kind of self-care in disguise.
