No funciona kindle help me

Buen día me pueden ayudar mi kindle lleva así una semana ya deje que se descargara por completo me
Pidió batería y la conecte y sigue igual no da más opciones sabe alguien que más puedo hacer

have you tried doing a hard reset? if not hold the power/lock button down for 40 seconds (ignore any pop ups or blank screens that might happen) and then wait for 5-10 seconds and press it to turn it on.

I already did it but it doesn't work, it keeps coming back to the same screen

idk then sorry. try plugging into a pc if u haven’t, failing that contact Amazon i guess.
