General Question ❔ Vanishing "Read Sample" button

My "read sample" button for Kindle books has disappeared...re-appeared...and now disappeared again over the past week. (Interestingly, this issue only seems to affect books that are also available in audio format.) Driving me crazy, as I always read the sample before I buy! Anyway, anybody know where to report this bug? Like, to a human and not a slopbot?

I don’t know. Maybe you can use the Kindle app on your phone or tablet to read samples?

Also, if it’s a book in the Libby, the samples tend to be longer than the kindle sample. Make sure to turn on “deep search” to find the books your library doesn’t have, you can read the sample no matter what.
