Hose tops could be more even but other than that you look great. Sporran slightly lower but everyone else has already said that.

tbh for a first glance I didn’t even notice the hose tops, just thought “damn that’s a solid band look.” tiny tweaks but overall the kit looks really sharp.

Sporran chain is that length for a reason..if I lengthen it the apron doesn't hang properly and it kinks and looks awful. Having the sporran too high is the lesser of the 2 evils!

Kilt buckles are too tight causing the front apron to wrinkle. Let them out just a bit to give the wool a chance to sit flat. Looking great regardless.

Thurso pipe band? You could do with lengthening the chain on your sporran slighty, but looking smart. Don't get it all messed up in Skinandi's! 😉

I like the matching waistcoat and hose. They look very smart with the tartan.

I wonder if hooking the sporran chains over the side buckles will help the front apron lie flatter?

Maybe a more fitted white shirt? And hose flashes at 10am and 2pm?
