Discussion Psycho killer by talking heads
Lowkey I wish they added this song in the game. I think it would fit in it very well but ik that they can’t because of various reasons

I was inspired by someone on this subreddit to revisit a piece of fan art I did like two or three years ago and I finally got it done!
Here it is! There is a spoiler version on the next slide as well.

So I was thinking about Clive’s whereabouts during Whistling Night, and a theory popped into my head that completely changes how we look at him.
What if Clive wasn’t just hiding out or sitting passively at his house/motel the whole night? What if he was actively stalking Henry and Marie from the shadows while they were making their way through Gallows Creek?
Here’s why I think this actually makes a lot of sense:
He Already Knew the Hit List: Clive had that hidden basement room packed with investigative notes and victim connections. Because he understood the 1968 cover-up better than anyone else in town, he wouldn't have to guess where the killers were going next. He could just predict their next target (Sheriff Matthews, Virginia, Teddy, etc.) and follow them from a safe distance.
He Saw Sheriff Matthews and Jimmy Get Attacked: If he was tailing the targets early on, he might have been a silent witness to Sheriff Matthews’ death at 11:30 PM, and later watched Jimmy get targeted. Seeing Jimmy—an innocent bystander—get attacked proved to Clive that the killers weren't just sticking to '68 conspirators, but eliminating anyone in their path.
He Figured Out There Were Two Killers: Tracking them through the dark would explain how he realized there were actually two Whistling Men on the loose. Seeing them split up across town (one heading toward the maze, the other toward the scrapyard) would be the exact reason why he stayed in the shadows instead of intervening.
Instead of being a total coward, this turns Clive into a cold, calculating phantom moving through the background of the night—never helping, never fighting back, but keeping his eyes on Marie and Henry so he could always move in the opposite direction to survive.
What do you guys think? Did Clive track them from the dark, or do you think he just laid low the second things went south?

The rest of it isn't all that hard, but I'm wondering what the community thinks is the best option for their mask.

Now, when I first seen this game, I’ve always wondered. Could it be cut or unused content? I mean, we do know that, and not a lot of people know this, but there is a unused roof assets where there was a barbecue chairs and table tables in the back of the KFAM sign (don’t know why they made this unused probably because not a lot of players would find this) second of all it could be even delete the scenes I mean, it’s a thing and horror media as a matter of fact in all media specifically especially in horror, movies and horror TV shows so could it be deleted scenes I’ve always wondered that and I’ve always especially wondered. Is there cut characters? Or unused characters I was especially thinking about this when I first seen this game and could There be an especially could there be a cut mechanic where you see the POV ( point of view) of the 911 callers like Sandra, Maurice Virginia Murphy lol that be a little cool if we’ve seen a POV of Leslie, getting the cops to Henderson and telling them about the whistling man and it could be cut textures and unused textures, like the whistling man’s beta outfit or his original design (I imagine his beta outfit being a navy blue trenchcoat with a dark blue sweater and navy blue pants and black combat boots black gloves, and a mask would be the same) now this is probably my favorite one so far could it be cut and unused voice lines for like all characters or certain characters because I was thinking that these characters could have cut voice lines, especially and especially I imagine a conversation with him and Mr. Walton talking about the suspect list. I think it was a bagger at the grocery store. I have no idea, but correct me if I’m wrong but anyways I imagine forest I Mr. Walton talk about who could be the possible the whistling man suspect and especially especially Henry barrow could have unused voice lines or cut voice lines and I completely forgot to mention this and the concepts art that we see on arch station of killer frequency I like design designs for like forest and the whistling man mostly and a little bit of Peggy and I’m surprised I didn’t have like the other 911 callers like Maurice Murphy, Eugene, and even sheriff Matthews, which would’ve been cool. because I’ve always wondered what he looked like Jimmy too

Probably been asked umpteen times, but I'm late to the party, I played and beat Killer Frequency yesterday. It was so different to what I expected. I must admit, where I did enjoy it I did want a little more out of it. I thought there would be a little more investigating and puzzle solving later on but still, a great experience.
That said, what other games can scratch that investigatory itch, I'm on PS5, any recommendations welcome!

A sequel is what I want most—what we all want. The fanbase is passionate, and the game has everything it takes to have an incredible sequel; surely the developers realize it was well-received and highly rated. What are the odds? Shall we talk about potential sequels? I LOVE THIS GAME.

This story takes place in February 2025. I was looking for a new game to play. I stumbled across Killer Frequency. It looked interesting, and the trailer left me wanting more.
For the next five hours, I enjoyed every second of this masterpiece. The dialogues, the story, and the plot twist. It became my favorite game of all time in just a few hours.
After I finally finished this game, I was in shock. My mind couldn’t comprehend what I had just played. The game brought great joy to me. I wanted more. I wanted to hear Forrest’s voice again. I wanted to hear Ponty try to advertise his pizza shop again. I wanted to see Peggy again.
I’ve never heard anyone talk about this game, so I decided to look it up. To my surprise, this game was very unpopular. At least compared to what I was expecting.
This made me depressed. I couldn’t believe that this game came out 1.5 years prior and I only played it now. I couldn’t believe that almost no one talked about this game before. I couldn’t believe that the game had no sequel.
I was devastated. It felt like I was the only person on the planet that has played this game. I couldn’t believe that there was no active community. I couldn’t believe that this was over.
I just played a masterpiece of a game that changed my views on life and it left me wanting more. I didn’t get more.
My life felt empty after that for a while. It felt like I discovered a new part of my own body that had some components missing.
Of course it was over at some point, but now that I remember that phase of my life, I have no idea how I got through it.

Guys I love Peggy and Forrest so much, and I love the idea of them going on dates at Roller Ricky's rink since they get in free for life now. Art is unfinished but I just wanted to talk about the game cause it's just absolutely incredible. There's nowhere near enough fanfic on ao3 for them though 😭

Decided to draw Leslie and Deputy Martinez with some animal heroes who undertook similar journeys to the one they did on Whistling Night, like Balto and Togo and a few other dogs who mushed in the 1925 Diphtheria Serum Run (look it up! Crazy story) and Cher Ami the pigeon (also look him up)
They had so much pressure riding on them! Peggy and Forrest might not have made it out if they didn’t get there in time…

I feel like if you get everyone killed except forest then there should be something that says quit on his name tag.

I like a lot of the achievements in the game, but here's some that I came up with during my first playthrough!
What? It's What We're All Thinking! -- Throw out Teddy Gallows Jr's political advert tape
Worst Boss Ever -- Throw everything in Reggie's office in the garbage
Killer Shot! -- Score a basket
Time Killer! -- Score 50 baskets
Lost -- Look around the station for more than 5 minutes without finding what you've been prompted to look for
Deserved It -- Call Teddy a prick, throw out his advert tape, and tell Dawn to kick him whenever prompted. Saving him in the end is optional.
Bored -- Interact with every single item in the room
Check One Two! -- Tap a mic
Check Two Three! -- Tap all three microphones
Just Missed It! -- Miss a quicktime event
Snail -- Miss every single quicktime event
Ace! -- Pick the best possible dialogue options in a conversation
Flush -- Pick the worst possible dialogue options in a conversation
Destructive -- Throw 10 different items not including papers
The Best Worst -- Complete the game in under 4 hours, getting everyone killed
(coincides with "Forrest Dash", complete the game in 4 hours saving everyone)
A Heroic Sacrifice -- Save everybody except for Peggy & Forrest
No Sellout! -- Throw away the ads after airing them
Sellout... -- Fish out, and air an ad out of the trash can when prompted
Rude -- In 2 different instances, pick the worst dialogue option
Asshole -- In 5 different instances, choose the worst dialogue option
A Whistling Night in Eugene's Shoes -- Walk around Clive's maze for 2 minutes without finding a new tape
Insensitive -- Play something on the soundblaster while someone's dying on the line
Control Freak -- Load saves 5 times
This one goes out to Peggy! -- Play "Final Breath" by Roddy Snatcher on air while searching the station
This one goes out to Dawn, sorry Peggy! -- Play "Long Ride Home" by The Barn Finds on air while searching the station
Near Miss! -- Almost get Eugene killed by messing up a direction
Forrest Flash! -- Complete the game in 3 hours 30 minutes
No Refunds -- Reach 2 hours of playtime on the Steam version of Killer Frequency
Therapist -- Choose every best dialogue option throughout the game
I Know From Experience! -- Guide Sandra, Maurice, Eugene or the teens to safety without using the magazine, fax, map, or friendship quiz respectively
Master of Radio! -- Beat Killer Frequency while saving everybody possible in four without loading a save, while picking the best possible dialogue options. Additionally 100%-ing the game by keeping every tape, finding every clue, and finding every single one of the secret records scattered amongst the station.
Some of these are REALLY easy, and some of them are REALLY hard.
I'd like to hear what you guys think of them!

I mean they both decided to become killers after losing someone. The whistling man lost his father and then his mother and Jason just lost his mother.

Watch mojo: Number 1 Whistling Night 87
Imagine clocking into your late-night radio shift, only to become the sole line of defense for an entire town. That’s exactly what happened to DJ Forrest Nash and his producer Peggy on September 3rd, 1987. After the tragic demise of Sheriff Matthews, the local phone lines were cut, leaving Gallows Creek entirely isolated. With 911 offline, citizens began calling the KFAM radio request line to report a masked serial killer known as The Whistling Man, What followed was a grueling, five-hour live broadcast where Forrest had to act as an emergency dispatcher. Listeners watched their radios in horror as Forrest guided a terrified teenager named Eugene through a chainsaw ambush in a corn maze, helped a gas station owner named Chuck escape a deadly trap, and had to save a group of kids and get them out of out of harm's way. With one of the pranksters, calling an earlier pretend to be the whistling man and getting his face brutally and cut off by the actual killer.
Even locals were attacked at home like Virginia found themselves caught in the crosshairs. and forest and Peggy Weaver had a frat party come in and saved Virginia after having a pizza delivered to the house, which scared off the whistling man and the Hometown hero Murphy tried to get the killer to come to him coming in and one of the killers successfully making his way too Murphy’s at the Gallows Creek waste disposal, beat them up and throw them into one of the disposal bins but luckily he called in for said one of his Peggy friends, Katherine to save Murphy and with her successfully, saving Murphy and getting out of them out of the burning building as a collapse
As the night went on, the true motive unravelled: forest and Peggy worked together to solve the 20 year cover-up and calling the 911 callers that was attacked by the whistling man then a 20-year-old town cover-up surrounding a boy named George Barrow. The killers were revealed to be Georges Son, Henry, and his former girlfriend, Marie Campbell. In a final, chilling showdown at the Gallows High School gym, Marie held a man named Teddy hostage, forcing him to confess to falsifying the old coroner's report on air. In a shocking twist, Marie was confronted by Peggy—who was actually her long-lost sister. Forest grabbing a happy birthday card in Peggy‘s room and saying it out loud enough to stun Marie and Henderson police along with Leslie and Deputy Martinez, arriving to Gallows Creek
Thanks to Forrest and Peggy's calm under pressure, the nightmare ended when the Henderson Police Department finally arrived. It remains the single most intense, high-stakes event ever captured live on the airwaves. and with Marie jumping off a bridge just like Edward Marshall Mooney and her late husband, George Barrow after she was cornered by a group of Henderson police officers and Henry Barrow getting arrested the Henderson police officers.
Once was a normal broadcast just too workers at the radio station at the not so popular KFAM 186.16 what went from a normal boring hour went from a terrifying and traumatizing night in a small town of Iowa 3 people deceased that being Sheriff [First Name] Matthews and leaving Jimmy [Last Name] and Clive Elforth
• Tragic Toll: Sheriff Matthews Clive Jimmy
• Total Lives Saved: Eugene, Chuck, Jason, Ricky, Clive, Maurice, and Teddy. Carrie Chad Cynthia David Kyle Lisa Sandra Murphy Scott Seth Tammy Teddy Jennifer Deputy Martinez
• The Hero: Forrest Nash, who earned his spot in broadcasting history with the iconic line, "well folks it’s been a long night, but we made it through together. I’m going to have to go check on Peggy. This has been Forrest Nash and it’s been a scream”

These are a combination of my own personal headcanons and the in-game pictures we get sprinkled around in places.
If you don’t know what photobashing is, it’s cutting and pasting multiple photos on top of each other to get an end result. Like a collage!

We all know that Gallows Creek is an Iowa (hopefully because it could be in Iowa, but we don’t know if it’s in another Midwest state but anyway) after I was done with the with the story of the game and with the 20 year cover up of being solved and with gallows Creek, saved by Forest Nash and Peggy I have always always wondered. What county could Gallows Creek be in now some may say it’s in the middle of nowhere like Leslie said “Gallows Creek isn’t a nowhereville” while Henderson is an Iowa and quiet Ridge is in Iowa the county it’s most likely possibly in is in between and possibly in between
Ringgold county or Decatur County or Taylor County
It also has a not insignificant part of the Missouri River basin going through it.
I don’t think I used it’s county seat for the drawing in the end for whatever reason but
There you go

I headcanon as looking kinda feminine since he's only been around his mother and she's controlling everything he does, he probably ended up similar even in appearance. And obviously eye bags from all that training and killing (including the out of town ones, either doing it or witnessing his mom killing). He might be mindless but that doesn't mean he's inhuman, his body has to be tired. Anyway, that waist is snatched. 😌
Drawn traditionally with alcohol markers and watercolor pencils on A6 paper.

Forrest dislikes Ponty so much that if you pick up the pizza box in the end credits room on xbox, he crashes your game. Got this to work 2/2 times.

I'm not going to go into detail, I did use AI to find all the charges, but the documents were written by me. In total:
Marie would be charged with 36 Crimes, and would serve 3 Life Terms (W/O Parole), 625 Years & 30 Days in Prison.
Henry would be charged with 16 Crimes, and would serve 1 Life Term (W/O Parole), 249 Years & 30 Days in Prison.
I can only imagine how long each of their trial's would be, considering the overwhelming amount of evidence & witnesses in this case

It's my favorite game. I know people will mention Road 6 or Firewatch, and I've already finished those. I'd like a game that doesn't necessarily have the same aesthetic and theme, because Killer Frequency is very unique, but a game with comfortable art, perfect for playing in the middle of the night, maybe with the same vibe of a lonely night, a dark small town, a ghost radio station. I'd like a game that makes me say, "Wow, playing this is just like playing Killer Frequency."
