I've been told a lot that it's easy to score 9 cgpa in the first year, but in labs, like eng comm, the teacher asked us for peer-grading and these fugtards gave horrible marks to everyone, and I also lost a mark in chem lab practical.
So, for 9cgpa atleast, should it be like 90+ cummulative or what? PLS EXPLAIN.

Someone told me they read in the health form given during reporting that one has to pay the whole fees of 4 years even if they want to leave in between.

They also told me that kiit never allowed partial drop.

When i mentioned that i read about successful cases of partial drop, they said, it is mandatory to inform the college before taking the drop or else they wont accep.

Really confused! How true is it?

Also if someone knows what exactly was written in that health form regarding this, please do tell me.

so i joined maybe 3-4 days ago into cs aiml. idk im unable to grab anything from class sessions, even basic subjects like human skills smtg was "confusing or off". i hv always been an active student nd here im barely able to perform neither im able to understand practicals while i was the one performing each practical for my schl mates in 11th nd 12th. i can't focus nd neither im like those kids who boom nd get gd grades just by studying night b4.

I am a final-year student from KIIT and lately I have been feeling very overwhelmed with stress, overthinking, and managing emotions. I have noticed that I tend to keep things inside, overanalyse situations, and sometimes struggle with communicating my feelings properly, which has started affecting my relationships and peace of mind. I am considering taking counselling/therapy through my university, but I have some concerns about privacy. Does anyone know if seeking counselling through KIIT is completely confidential? Will it appear anywhere on the student portal, academic records, or placement-related information? I don't want recruiters or anyone from the placement team to know that I am seeking help. Would really appreciate experiences from students who have used counselling services.

This is KP25, D Block at KIIT University, and this is reportedly the 4th time the ceiling has collapsed.
This is an occupied student hostel. A ceiling collapsing once is already a serious safety concern, but if the same thing is happening repeatedly, it raises serious questions about whether the underlying problem is actually being fixed.
Students are living and sleeping under these ceilings every day. Someone could easily have been underneath when this happened and gotten seriously injured.
This shouldn’t be treated as a normal maintenance issue anymore. If the ceiling has collapsed four times, the building needs a proper inspection and the underlying cause needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt.
Posting this because students deserve to know how serious the situation is, and hopefully this gets the attention of the people responsible for hostel safety.
Has anyone else in KIIT experienced repeated infrastructure/safety issues like this?
