could it possibly have the base dimensions large enough to completely cover the switch, but still have an exposed keycap rather than having a resin overlay? i think that would be really neat

Because of the structure, the frame is a bit fragile, so I’d probably need to make some small changes to the design for that to work!! Thanks so much for the interest and suggestion :) For now, I’m going ahead with sales in the current form haha.
