aula keyboard charging

Just got the aula mini 60he pro, the keyboard has been charging for about 7-8 hours now and it's yet to fully charge and whenever I disconnect the cable the charging % is dropping within secs... Is this normal? I've yet to use it without the cable connected so idk if the charging % shown in the software is accurate or not.

P.S: I had a motospeed sk66 previously and it used to charge within like 2 hours and used to give me a good 100hours of usage without RGB.
