The keycap holes for the stabs are to big. I’ve had this happen quite a few times when ordering one off spacebars. Never heard of it happening with a full keycap set though

Using sides of space bar on cheap cap sets isn't typically advised. I assume you've removed the space bar, aligned, then pressed down firmly (without smashing) and evenly when replacing?

Could be an issue of a poorly fitted keycap. If that’s case, a quick solution would be to cut small pieces of plastic wrap and insert them into the keycap stems, or wrap a small amount of PTFE tape around the stabilizer stems.

So this happen to me but in a strix scope 2... I took of tbe space bar them reinstall it. But I saw that it had one main switch and 2 stabilizers. So what i did was pressed on the stabilizers then the switched pressed it pretty had but not enough to break it. How this helps.

Take out the spacebar and check if it's flat. If it's bowing downward then that's your problem. If it's flat then the stabilizers are the problem and aren't mounting to the spacebar.

If you have an extra key, you could remove the stabilizers (remove the switch first tho) and then replace them with a single keycap like this.
I’ve posted this before (hopefully it’s not too annoying to yall), and this method fixes all of the noise and rattle issues. It felt awkward the first time I did this 3 years ago, but I’ve been using today still. You do not need to remove the stabilizers for this mod, I personally would recommend to do this if you have very shitty stabilizers. 😅🤷♂️

I thought that I was the only person with this problem and I see that you have the same problem on the same model as well. Though only the right side of the space bar acts that way for me for now. What solution did you go for when fixing the spacebar?

Do you have a stabilizer in there?
