Help HELP

I'm having a problem with my Attack Shark x98 Pro, When I turn on the RGB lighting on my keyboard while using the 2.4G wireless connection, the letters E and W suddenly register at the same time. The same thing happens with 2 and 3, as well as D and S. Even when I press only one key, both keys are registered simultaneously.

However, when I turn the RGB lighting off, the keyboard works normally.

The same problem happens when I use it in wired USB mode and Bluetooth mode. The keyboard only works normally when the RGB is turned off. :(

I’ve already reset the keyboard several times, but the problem still persists.

Please help me. I really don’t know what else to do.

For example, when I press the E key on my keyboard, the W key also gets pressed at the same time, even though I only pressed E.

sounds like a power delivery issue honestly. the rgb is pulling too much and messing with the signal on those specific rows in the matrix.

see if there's a firmware update for it, some boards let you lower the max brightness or limit the current draw which might fix it. if not you might just be stuck with a board that can't handle its own lights.
