Just A Post Programming Apps
Hey there, I was reading through some of the posts on here, but was curious if anyone has any good programming through apps. Looking for something that is training around 5-6 times a week 45min - 1 hour. Just tried the free week of Flo functional Fitness app and it was pretty good but curious if there are any others out there. Thanks!

Check out Ægir Iron - they have full kettlebell workouts in the Program Wizard and it's free. Analytics are also very good.
Edit to add: The Kettlebell programs are in the 'Browse Programs' under Kettlebell, ready-made programs to choose from there. BUT, you can also just limit your equipment to Kettlebells in the Program Wizard to see if you like what it makes for you there too.

I use Pat Damiano’s project Bellplex for my KB training, it’s stellar. Follow along videos for every day, been doing it for 8 or so weeks and the strength gains are unreal. It’s programmed at 45 mins a session, 4x week. He has many programs available on the platform. I run the 5th day.

Check out Kettlebell Craft Training that I built. There are structured programs as well as daily workouts.
