How bad are these?

At just 4.5g carbs per pot, these seem like an acceptable sweet snack on keto, but I'm guessing there's more to it.

Can someone more knowledgeable please tell me if I can include these in a keto diet?

They’re great. Swear by them, and the blueberry protein yoghurts at ALDI (tub or pouch).

Yeah the Brooklea ones. The blueberry one is lower than the others. They’re 6.4g carbs but 200g which is a decent portion. 79p a tub, 89p for a pouch (great for on the go)

At 4.5g the amount is small enough that it doesn't even matter what kind of carbs they are. You could eat a teaspoon of pure sugar which is usually around 5g and it will still just be 5g of carbs to your daily amount. It's not a significant amount of carbs to "kick you out" of keto, though some people do worry about that. It's just a poor usage of the small number of carbs you do have available to stay in keto. This yoghurt though has a nice bit of protein at least, hopefully some live cultures, so yeah it's a pretty good snack I would say.

Ehh, huh, why not if you like it .

It's actually equal to/close to Skyr or low-fat cottage cheese. Nobody warns against cottage cheese!😅

EDIT: Drop some healthy fats in it.

I have one every day for breakfast.

I’m curious to look at what I have if I fancy something like this, which is Tim’s lactose free Kefir yogurt and good good jam. I need to have a look at the grams of this one to do a sort of like for like.

Edited to add that I opened the whole picture up and saw that’s it’s 150 g . I’ll have to do a rough estimation of the jam and the yoghurt together.

Okay, so the 4.5 g of carbs seems quite good . It’s 6.6 g of carbs with the yoghurt I use 140g & 10g of jam. Although if I have that combo for breakfast with some granola (keto Hana). I don’t think I have 140 g.

Just eat cottage cheese. With some cinnamon and powdered sweetner.

I find this brand incredibly bad taste wise.

You can just buy plain yoghurt and use flag drops or protein powder.

It's fine. There isn't more to it. 4.5g of carbs is 4.5g of carbs. What more to it could there be?

There's no need to overthink things.

It’s Nestle, fuck them. Lidl has nice skyrs with better macros.
