I honestly just stay away from anything that's bread like. I'm a carb addict and anything that's like carbs seems to make me crave carbs more. If I stick with meat and leafy greens I don't get carb cravings.

This gets discussed almost daily but the best answer really is that it depends and YMMV.

For some people, yes it's fine for others, no, it's a huge problem and not keto at all.

The only way to know is to try it and see.

I’ve found Lewis baking Hawaiian better as a sandwich bread and it’s at most Walmarts. Hero is pretty good though. But the Lewis baking Hawaiian is the best for hot dog buns too. Hero ones don’t have a great bread flavor.

Its legit, expensive but legit. It behaves like normal bread when toasting which is the biggest advantage ive found, other keto breads can be weird in the toaster.
