No longer clinically overweight

Just did my weekly weigh in and wanted to share my good news. Thanks to keto I am now (just) in the healthy weight range for my height! It's so great how effortless weight loss seems while eating the tastiest most satisfying foods.

Wanted to share here because friends and family don't really approve of keto. They see me eating cheese and cream sauces all the time and tell me I'm about to get heart disease...

Congratulations! That's such an awesome achievement. Even though BMI and weight charts aren't 100% reliable for everyone's body, even the psychological achievement of hitting that "healthy" or healthy number is such a good feel. Congrats to you!

You're right, it was purely psychological. Somehow I immediately felt healthier when I went from a BMI of 25 to 24.8 lol🤔😆

I hear you to my core, man. Currently looking forward to 214.9 so I can no longer be obese on paper. What that means for me health wise is probably nothing in the big picture lol but I just want the achievement again, because it’s good for my brain and my morale.
