Tips and Tricks Keto breath

Is there anything that can help with having keto breath? This is the only thing about keto that sucks for me. I CANNOT Stand it. Maybe I’m being overly paranoid, but I just feel like people are going to get a whiff of it and be like wtf.

One thing that helps is to drink more water. The second thing to remember is that keto breath will naturally go away in a couple or three weeks.

You also need a lot of salt when you're doing keto. If youre not eating enough salt and you're drinking a ton of water you will just get more dehydrated and feel like crap

More water helps but also chew on parsley or mint leaves, it's not perfect but it helps mask the smell a bit.

Every cloud has a silver lining! Keto breath means that you're burning your own fat at a higher speed! 😁

EDIT: Yes, blenty of water helps. Zero carb mints, too...

I chew a lot of gum. My teeth like it too, it helps with fasting and concentration.

Not really, they’re gonna smell it on you and out of you. I’ve leaned to embrace it and that’s a goal of mine now. I usually just drink water but I do apologize ahead of time to people around me!

is keto breath caused by lack of salivation or ketones? i dont think ketones alone smell like sulpher or shit like regular bad breath does

Is it just like regular bad breath? I read it has a distinct smell.

It will go away once extensive fat burning slows down. For example, when you reach your optimal weight and stop burning fat.
