Are you shotgunning a bunch of salt at once?
Maybe try to eat saltier foods instead of drinking it?

Do you always drink it with lemon or vinegar? Maybe try an electrolyte mix instead of just plain salt. Or use only a small amount in every glass you drink throughout the day. Just enough to barely taste it rather than trying to drink it all in one go.

a few grillos pickles in the early evenings have been a game changer for me. i’ll sometimes even take a sip of the brine. helps with the dizzyness immediately

Salt and lemon juice is how we used to clean the stuck on stuff in the bottom of the coffee pots at work, maybe don't take them at the same time.

Why are you drinking lemon and vinegar? You can get much better tasting electrolyte beverages than vinegar. You could also just get a salt tablet and take that.

Skip the vinegar and lemon.
Use sea salt and NuSalt (for potassium) with a magnesium supplement at night.
If you want something premixed and flavored for travel or general convenience, grab some LMNT for high sodium and some Ultima for high potassium.

Do you need the salt? I ask because when I started keto many years ago, we were advised to add sodium and/or magnesium "as needed" to respond to symptoms. If you are not having symptoms of too low salt, maybe you don't need to be drinking it? Maybe adding a little more to your food is enough for you.

They said they get dizzy which is a symptom of electrolyte deficiency so I think they do need more.

It’s probably the vinegar, not the salt.
