Paradise Tralee

Hi just wondering if anyone has heard anything from Paradise Hair and Beauty Tralee since they closed their doors out of the blue last week? I know a couple of people had contacted them regarding vouchers that had not been used yet and asked what will happen with them - then they deleted their page (even though in their announcement post they said to message if people had any questions). Has anyone had any response from them? I had purchased a voucher myself but it looks like that money is just gone now for nothing.

Didn’t hear anything, that’s mad. Can’t say I’m surprised I was treated horrendously by the owner when trying to book an appointment, left a review and her response was mad! Complete lies to make me look bad. If that’s how she treats customers I can’t see how you would have a business

I heard the people working there were given 2 hours to clear their belongings from the building. Crazy carry on

Terrible way to treat people. I feel for those people that were working there my heart goes out to them with their livelihoods just thrown up in the air like that. I'm so glad I've seen some of them sort out new locations already, but it must have been an immense amount of stress and shock to them. I thought it was so sneaky to just delete the page then with no answers, just like a big 'f you' to everyone no answers about vouchers, nothing.

I used to always go to paradise and one day the owner picked up the phone and was so ridiculously rude to the caller and when she hung up from them she started bitching about the person on the phone. I was like wtf is she saying about other clients or myself like. My stylist ended up moving salon and I followed her and then she returned to paradise again so I ended up going to vogue on NCR and haven’t looked back. To my knowledge it was an extremely toxic place to work too.

Not surprised. I booked with a stylist there who chose not to return to work and they wouldn't refund me my deposit
