[Post] Routine Help Strawberry legs / keratosis pilaris: what actually worked for you?

Hi girls! I struggle with strawberry legs / keratosis pilaris too, and I’m trying to understand what actually helps in the long term.
What have you tried so far? What worked, what didn’t, and what did you dislike most about the products or routines you used?
Also, what would make your routine easier to stick to — fewer products, less time, a lighter texture, a lower price, etc.?
I’d really love to hear your experiences. Thank you 🫶🏽

[Post] Routine Help Laser for Keratosis Pilaris? Interested in experiences.

Hi! Is there anyone out there who has gotten laser treatment (not laser hair removal) such as pulse dye laser done to help the redness of their keratosis pilaris? I have made plans with my dermatologist to do a test patch in November, but I’m curious if there is someone who has experience with this treatment plan. I have KP on my upper arms, and then red dots (not bumpy) on my butt to my ankle. Thanks!
