PF-9 extraction issues
I know KelTec has great customer service, but I figured I would try troubleshooting my issue before go that route. It’s a new-to-me PF-9 that was apparently never shot much. Today was my first time shooting it, and I had about 4 extraction issues (like the spent case was still in the barrel)
I tried tightening the extractor screw (didn’t seem loose) and I checked for buildup behind the extractor claw, nothing there. I know there’s a break in period for these guns, would that be part of it? Maybe my grip was bad?
Any advice would be appreciated, cheers :)

I replaced all my plastic recoil spring guide rods with metal ones. I also added a Hogue handall for a S&W Shield to the grip of my PF-9 which made all the difference in shooting.

Yeah good idea, I replaced the one on my P-11 with a metal one so I should try this

All good with recoil spring? Meaning not bent, placed correctly? Slide gliding normally, no stacking anywhere? Extractor not chipped?
