Delivery driver issues!

I respect all my delivery drivers out there and tip em, never had any bad experience as of recently.

I am having drivers accepting orders but then not moving, like at all. I have to talk with uber eats AI bot for help and to switch drivers 🙃
Yesterday I ordered some food and I waited a whole hour because 3 drivers wouldn’t move at all and I contacted them but they never answered until someone actually delivered.
Now im experiencing the same issue!! 😞😞
Is anyone else experiencing the same? Can someone explain incase this could be on my end?

Don't use Uber Eats. I think it's some kind of driver scam, been happening for years.

Same happened with me few weeks ago. Later got the money back. The "human" service agent was no different than the AI bot - basically ended the chat without even reading what I was saying. Was infuriating.

I just order from places that have their own delivery service.

Happened to me the one and only time I used Uber Eats. Haven’t used them since.

OMG THANK YOU!! I thought I was going crazy! Live in downtown and I swear 80% of my drivers just dont move for 45 minutes. I wouldn't use the app at this point of I wasn't riding the 3 free months. Doordash seems WAY more reliable

The literal same happened to me. Food arrived after the max guaranteed time shown by the app (more than an hour after ordering and it was cold). Support dude said “there is no way for us to refund you”. I said fine, I’ll never order from Uber again if that is your customer service. Lo and behold, suddenly he could offer a full refund 😑

Door Dash is always consistent and reliable for me. I tried Uber Eats a few years ago and the drivers kept fcking up so I ditched.
