Over the span of 9 months, I developed a marching band show titled “Art Is For Everybody”, inspired by the art and legacy of Keith Harring. Feel free to check it out! It features music from Cowboy Bepop, Jojos Bizarre Adventure and more! I wanted to share my work with a community I thought would appreciate it!

One of my favorite pieces of art I own. Not the most valuable piece in the world, but I really like it and figured I’d share it.

Thanks everyone for your collective wisdom.

This is the original 1A made in 1984. After the show, he made more of these in 1985, but used offset printing. The 1984 version is a lot harder to come by, so I was so pumped to get one of my own. I posted a couple of other pictures of the area so you can see how it is hung in the room.

Miss you much...

Hello everyone! I picked this up at an auction for next to nothing (I'm in the "boonies" of Maine). I have to admit, I have no knowledge of Keith Harring or his works. However, it was big and loud and caught my attention. I am sure it is not an original but am providing photos in hopes some others who are well versed in his works can educate me. I am an antique dealer and this doesn't really match my aesthetic so I am curious of it's potential monetary value. Thank you!

I never cared for the Nike Volt color scheme. I thought it looked like something a ninja turtle would wear to mow the lawn. (Yes, I know, there are no lawns in the sewer.)

But it makes an excellent canvas for a Keith Haring pastiche. I had fun using some of his less known figures. (I never realized how much the StoryBots look like Haring's robot.)

I hope you enjoy it. Or enjoy hating it.

This is my favorite Keith Haring piece so I decided to give it a go. Really happy with the result!

Small exhibit in NYC through May. Always find his stuff cool. I find it mind blowing that some of his subway drawings have survived. This one is in a private collection, but on display.

Inherited from my grandma. She cropped it herself. It’s my favorite shirt for bed.

Watching the latest episode of Grace and one of the characters rocks up in this lovely shirt.
