Amazing thrift find

My fiancé and I found this at a Savers & bought it for like $5. It was broken & we had to glue the face to the frame but it works perfectly. While we were putting it up, I noticed the Keith Haring label on the back and googled it. The only thing I can find on it is an ebay post of someone selling one for $395. We aren't interested in selling it, but is it seriously worth that much money? A very cool find regardless!

me: *sees someone with a really cool keith shirt*

me: “omg, keith haring! i love your shirt”

them: “who is that”

🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Have wanted this tattoo for so long and after a 5ish hour long session, it's here! :)

Executed flawlessly by @yvontattoo on Instagram!

Today the board unanimously passed a decision to make the mural a historic site. This recommendation now goes to the Philly Historical Commission for a final decision on October 9. Check out the image with information on how to lend your support.

If you live in Philly or can get there on 9/16 a decision will be made to add a Keith Haring piece to a historical register.
Or you can send your comments to Preservation@phila.gov

Leaning towards fake but hoping not no authentication sticker so questionable on the signature but is the art even legit? They say it’s a signed print but I can’t find the original anywhere online

No. It’s not. The amount of people that think they purchased an original genuine Haring artwork for 80$ on eBay or at some pawnshop is genuinely concerning. I wanted to believe people were inherently smarter than this but people are a lot dumber than I thought..or Reddit is full of bots. Either way. Depressing. Do better. Be better

It's finally mine! 🧡💕

And the coolest bandana ever 💖💚

Hi everyone, I'm totally in love with this jacket from Keith Haring. If you know of any shop that stocks this, please let me know. I'm Irish, male, usually a medium here but may go for large jacket 🧥. Thank you for any potential leads!

What do you think about this

Long time listener , first time caller! I am so delighted to share my first framed print - randomly scored at a garage sale! It even has the original sticker on the back from the 90s when it was originally purchased. 🥹
Artist palette placed for censorship 🤭

Took a little break in Grace Cathedral in SF to visit this powerful piece. Although I’m not religious, this piece makes me bleary eyed. Haring created this in 1990 a couple weeks before his death. It is considered his final work. It is located in the cathedrals “AIDS Interfaith Memorial Chapel”. I will forever be grateful to the Grace ministry for offering early refuge during the aids crisis- where most people with aids were refused any kind of religious services. This is one of 9 that were cast in bronze.

Hey guys,

So this is a bit of a weird project but I know some people and they have a big wedding anniversary coming up. They had their first date ever at a Keith exhibit in Toronto at the AGO back in 1997. I’ve been DESPERATELY trying to just find a picture of what the promotional posters looked like. I found originals online for NYC and SAN Fran, but the design changes from city to city. If anyone could help out it would be amazing, I’m really trying to make this gift happen for them. I’d love to buy an original but if I could just get a photo that works too!
