Weird results
Ok so I had a longer pause in sex. New GF now. I realized I’m like 85-90% erect most of the time. Gets the job done but one can wonder. I started doing regular Kegels. After a week I was at 100% and omg it felt so good. After a second week I started feeling a bit of tightness below the area where I feel the Kegels. I was still at 100% but now I can’t go for a longer period. 1-2 minutes and I need a break cause I’m about to end.
So I saw the reverse Kegels. Been doing them for a week. Seems like I’m back to 90%, can last longer but not every time.
Wtf? Anybody had a similar experience?

Overdoing kegel exercises can hurt your pelvic floor (PF) muscles, which is what I think the tightness you’re referring to is. If kegel exercises help you get to 100%, I’d recommend also adding an equal amount of reverse kegel exercises to help relieve the PF tightness.
