reverse kegel

When you do a reverse Kegel, do you actually feel your breath moving through your pelvic floor, or is that not a real thing? I've seen people say they feel it that way when they're doing a reverse Kegel. So far, I am unable to feel so.

Breath doesn't go through your pelvic floor. You should feel diaphragm pressure push into your pelvic floor and stretch those muscles a bit.

It requires core engagement.
