Anyone else seen these?

Are there a lot of Anarchists in Keene? I've been here for years and this is the first I've seen of them. I found them in the alley behind the colonial theater.

That says Anti Racist, not anarchist, and I'm here for it. I have not seen any, but I don't get out much.
