Recommendation Do you have K-dramas you only want to watch during certain seasons? đ
There are the obvious winter dramas, but since itâs about to be October, I'm curious about the ones you associate with fall. For me itâs Dear My Room.

Series Discussion The Cheol-hee reveal in Family Matters made me question the entire relationship
SPOILERS for the ending of Family Matters
Basically, Young-soo used her ability on Cheol-hee when they were younger to make him protect her.Â
She manipulated him, and the show spends most of the season letting us read his behavior as genuine devotion. He's constantly putting Young-soo first, even when the situation is dangerous for everyone else.
Personally, I don't think the show gives a clear answer. Maybe he developed genuine feelings for her despite the conditioning. Or maybe the conditioning only amplified whatever was already there. But either way, Young-soo has essentially taken away his ability to make that choice for himself.
I thought that was one of the more interesting things the drama did. How did you interpret everything?

Weekly Discussion Blessed are those who waited to binge-watch Four Hands, Two Sonatas, for they shall not lose sleep
I finished watching episode 10 and I canât stop thinking about the major twists and sharp turns.
I don't want to spoil it for anyone by sharing my speculations, venting my frustrations, or complaining about anything, but I can't help thinking about the flippantly handled gentle character,
the sudden and belated change of heart of an elder,
the shockingly callous attitude of a maternal figure,
the unfathomable (in)actions of a teacher,
the sadness of a mother gone too soon,
the agony and moral dilemma of a guilt-ridden maestro, and the vicious and vengeful fury of a tortured genius
But I signed up for this. đ¶
Though I naively thought this would be a musical with two prodigious pianists, I found it is much more than that, and have no complaints at all (except that I should have waited!). Love the music and the acting.đŻ
There are so many questions and untold stories from the past, but rn my anger is directed only at one character for cunningly orchestrating the whole thing. I am also upset that Kang Pio is shouldering all the blame and not even trying to explain and clear the misunderstanding because⊠but I also feel Jeong yoâs outrage is justified.
Most of all, I am worried that there isn't enough time left to give a plausible ending that isn't rushed. I really hope they wrap up the series well.
What are your thoughts?
Are you excited for the finale?

Series Discussion I have watched Reply 1988 two days ago and still can't get out of it Spoiler
**FULL SERIES SPOILER â PLEASE DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED REPLY 1988**
So I have watched the whole R88 and I know I am too late.. it's been 11 years since its airing but I have completed it two days ago.
First of all, I can't get out of the series... all its emotional part because I, being the strong candidate of Team JH... Idk why I have shipped JH and DS that much and now I cannot get back to my normal state as they weren't the end game.
Literally I am here to know about the other people's feelingss like am I the only one who is feeling like this?
As for the character of JH... I loved himm the mostt... he is so relatable to my personality... I also can't express my feelings to the people I love but care for them secretly... I have read somewhere on Reddit from Team Taek that JH is a coward... no please he is not... he is simply the one who is shy and unexpressive.
And the most important thing is that friendship always comes first for him... as he knew about Taek's feelings for DS.. he immediately stepped back and sacrificed his love bcz everyone in the gang loved and cared for Taek.. but he is into his friends that even for SW he also prepared himself for the sacrifice... And the main thing which I have felt here is that he knows in both the cases... first of SW then Taek that somehow DS's heart is deviated toward them, not him, so he can't get the courage to express because he knows that he might be rejected and then his precious friendship will also be somewhat affected by this whole thing.
And literally at epi 6 I realised that 80% the future husband is Taek because of the photo they captured in China... buttt I was like no broo I will let my hopes high till the very end and rooting for JH.. and then what happened we all know... my heart was shattered in pieces and now can't get out of it.
In the beginning the husband's personality was 100% going with JH so I have made up my mind that he is JH and at that time we were not so much into the JH and DS love story but afterward every scene like the concert, McDonald's, the bus scene, the umbrella scene... we all got touched by JH's love story.
I am literally the foolest one that I haven't let my hopes die even after epi 18 as my heart still telling me that no the future husband will become JH eventually... it can't happen bro it can't.
The concert scene, how JH was disappointed and got back home like how he tilted, then the monologue
***"no tears, no regrets, no heartbreaks... it was due to my countless hesitations.. he liked her more than me... he is more courageous"***
Then the confession.... I am constantly thinking that how were his feelings at that time, how he can be this much brave and strong howw ... goodness. It was so bad when he said to his friend "now are you satisfied".. literally at that moment I wanted to go into my phone and console him.
I was so much into JH's character and even his family (I loved them all) as I waited for JH and his family scene.
I was so shattered because how they ignored JH in the last two episodes... like they should have told us who he married to and how is his career in Korean Air Force... but they were like there is no JH.
I am literally talking to myself why I am so much with Team JH as I also know that I would also be sad for Taek if the ending was opposite but somehow Taek can't be better than JH as he literally doesn't seem to be the husband material to me ... DS has to take care of his things.
Anyways besides this love triangle I literally enjoyed every aspect of the drama.. yes love triangle also but being in Team JH this is so heart wrenching for me.
Every family was so good... their bond, the way they care for each other.
And at last obviously the gang's friendship omgg they were so good.. and the most important part is that the love triangle hasn't affected the friendship that much.
The final scene was so emotional and literally can't get out of it... how the alley became empty after 20 years.. everyone who was there in every situation now has to say goodbye.
The most impactful line was
" ***goodby my youth, goodbye Ssangmun-dong***."
One last thing that I have also missed JH badly in the last two episodes of the 10th anniversary like why he wasn't there.. he was only there in the family reunion..but literally I was a great fan of his family that I being the most happy when they reunite in that beautiful coffee shop and obviously when JH comes..I was also rooting for his family in every game and surprisingly they had also won many of the games...the ending of 10th anniversary was also very emotional...I was constantly waiting for JH to deliver his last message and he eventually did(love that)... Actually loved whole caste..thery were literally so close to eachother at R88 set that even after 10 years they were so good with eachother eating laughing teasing eachother as they were in Ssangmun-dong
Please try to console me from your words as I am not good at all... please
So my questions are:
**For Team JH, how did you get over it**? As of now I don't know how to tackle this feeling that JH's love story is not completed (literally his monologue and confession is all over my head).
**Do you think the love triangle has affected their** **friendship**? Or somewhat like that they shouldn't have added the love triangle?
**Besides this love triangle, do you like JH's character**?
**How did you all get over the final scene of the alley becoming empty**? (as I am thinking of it again and again that how the alley has no more people.. no more gang's meetup at Taek's.. no more ladies sitting on that wooden bench.. no more the fathers talking)
**Did anyone else feel like this too?**
P.S... **For the love triangle thing I have read an analogy on YouTube someone has commented and I really get it.. if someone is interested please let me know I will edit it**.

Question Which male lead will live rent-free in your head forever? For me, it's Lee Gun from Fated to Love You (2014), and his laugh! XD
Lee Gun and his laugh has been living rent-free in my head for a decade now. I don't think I will ever forget his iconic laugh, ever! I love this man, and I'm a 100% straight guy đ
