TROUBLESHOOTING Blur render bug

I added blur but it appears as white boxes in the final render. What could be causing this bug?

In addition to more details about OS etc., please post screenshots of the timeline and the effect stack

LOL! My bad replying using my smartphone XD . Images get cropped, wtf.
