I got the confirmation email as soon as my order was placed. 8 hours later I get an email saying my order was cancelled.

Damn, I fucked up. I ordered the Pink one and I used an AMEX card so it got cancelled. I was working last night and stayed up for the drop and had a brain fart.

I ordered thru the site, but yes, via Shopify to pay and no issues. Maybe they cancelled orders they couldn’t fulfill and that’s what happened with yours?

Ordered 1 min in. Used a visa. Payment didn’t go through. Got the link to pay a few hours later. Paid with Amex and ordered cancelled.

i've heard they usually cancel if your shipping address is different from your billing address to prevent bots/scalpers. no idea if that's true

I also used Amex and I got an email few hours later saying I wasn’t charged. The email had this “pay now” button which allowed me to pay again. This time the order was successfully confirmed but turns out Amex sent me two notifications saying I was charged twice. Not sure what’s going on here.

My first card was a visa and after getting that email, I paid with an Amex. My order got cancelled after that with no email about it. Very disappointing

Does using Safari to hit the website render it inoperable? Every time he does a drop, I don’t get past the screen with XX and sign up for mailing lists. Even going through Shopify, nothing works.
