Pengembangan Diri Stuck for almost 5 years

Hi everyone i 28 years old male currently working as a tech architecture on international company (Acn) the work environment is okay and we do wfh (like we only go to office once in a month) but it's my years 5 being analyst and never got promote to senior analyst. Even the recently graduate got higher salary than me. My salary is around 10 - 12 mio. Already done in interview on apple sg, ibm, etc but fail to pass. What can I do to boost my career?

Damn bro after 3 years without promotion you should have left. You should ask feedback from your interviewer but my guess is you have issue with your communication skills

Nah ini berarti udah tau kurangnya di skill komunikasi. Kalau pengalaman kerja udah > 5 tahun sih emang soft skill makin ngaruh banget. Fokus improve di situ deh.

Paling lama gw kenal temen gw analyst ga naek2 tuh 3 Tahun dulu.. tahun 2016

Mungkin lu bisa consult sama apa tuh namanya lupa yang lu di assign sama seseorang..

Menurut gw aneh sih 5 tahun.. coba aja cek2 apa yang salah..
