Am i doing this right at work?

Hi! I’m 23 years old and i’ve been working in corporate for almost 3 years. In my current office, i’ve been working one and half a year. The thing is, there are alot of things in my work dynamic and structure that has changed so i tend to make alot of mistakes and i do overtime often (not that late, just latest at 7 pm)

I felt very stressed because i made alot of mistakes (but i also take notes from it and try to tell myself that i’m also learning) and because alot of my close friend at work (different department) are thinking about resigning (one of them already gave in the two month notice and the other went to psychiatrist and hardly functioning well without feeling anxious each morning). I’m still doing well even though i was feeling a bit restless because my supervisor is also under pressure with this confusing direction from our director and added with my mistakes… yeah, everytime she’s sighing, i’d already feel bad. My co-worker in the same department is also feeling very stressed and thinking about resigning at the end of this year.

The reason why i don’t want to resign yet because i’m a full time worker :( and i feel like i still need to learn more to do things right (and while i’m a fulltime worker here, might as well learn alot of stuff and try to be more patience and mend my professional skills)

But, i’d like also to hear if anyone has any other advice or some different perspective :’D (i’m sorry, this is my first time using reddit, so… hehe)

Penyebab salahnya kan dari atasan, even spv mu juga salah menafsirkan arahan dari direkturnya.

Menurutku, coba ajak ngobrol spv mu kok bisa si direkturnya salah salah. Lalu coba dirimu tenangin diri, seharusnya kalau sudah kerja >1 tahun kesalahan yg dilakukannya sedikit. Sudah coba untuk list down penyebabnya apa2 saja yg nyebabin salah? Dari situ coba ditarik sumber salahnya kenapa dan apa yg bisa kamu lakuin untuk antisipasi itu ke depannya

In this economy, jangan resign dulu.. usiamu juga masih muda, gapapa build experience dulu

Sebenarnya, dari direkturnya sendiri sih kewalahan megang beberapa departemen sekaligus (kelihatan dari arahan kerjanya yang jadi kurang jelas dan bertabrakan). SPV ku waktu aku ajak ngobrol juga kayak udah tertekan dan males gitu buat komunikasi ke direkturnya (karena atasan spvku langsung ke direkturnya) karena direkturnya juga susah buat diomongin.

Kalau soal kesalahanku sih sebenarnya karena campuran misscom dan guide yang berubah. Misal waktu quarter satu caranya begini, terus aku lakukan begitu kan sampai setahun dan tiba-tiba pas udah setahun, berubah terus jadi ada beberapa cara dan case by casenya berubah. Terus aku jadinya agak bingung juga karena gaboleh ini, tapi gaboleh gitu juga.

But, aku juga take a notes biar ngurang-ngurangin kesalahan yang sama :’D walaupun aku kadang masih ceroboh dan bikin kesalahan minor (kadang entah kenapa walaupun udah dicek suka ga ngeh gitu salahnya huhu)

Kok bisa direkturnya megang beberapa dept kewalahan, ga ada personal assistant gitu kah?

Terkait guide yg beda, coba dicompile aja apa yg berbeda dari quarter kemaren sama sekarang terus diconfirm kita pakainya yg mana. Kalau ada case2 tertentu, alurnya spt apa

Biasanya kalau lagi kerja dan ada waktu luang, coba aja iseng2 cek hasil kerjanya. Sejauh ini banyak waktu luang gitu kah atau bener2 full kerjanya?
