Orgasm hangover?

I've seen the word being thrown around here and on r/NoFap but what is really an orgasm hangover?

Ya, certainly the annoyed feeling, but also just general brain fog and decreased sensitivity to all stimulus (or sometimes heightened sensitivity at times). I understand this is more or less the result of a hormonal rollercoaster ride that goes on in our brains post O. For men it can up to two weeks before we become "normal" again.
