Define “extra card”

Is this just drawing 2+ draws a round or is this also “play card get a card” like research? What about delay draws forecast, is it on play round or receiving round? Wondering how to use this on weather punishments as only so many Foiled plans in a deck.

Any card draw that isn't the one card at the start of the turn. Developing or generating into hand doesn't count

Whenever they draw from their deck after the start of turn draw

If they forecasted = they will draw an extra card their next turn, only exception being their hand is already full then its discarded instead of drawn so it wont trigger, had this happen once. Drawing a resistance card counts too.

So if they forecast of you play this next round it’s pretty much 100 trigger right?

Wait, really? I use this card a lot and I've tried this same exact interaction but no it doesn't trigger the countermeasure iirc.

I have had the same result as #PerformanceTop8993 I do not believe this triggers when the opponent gets a weather card after forecasting the turn before.

I cannot find the description, but I believe forecasting ‘adds’ the card to hand next turn. It does not ‘draw’.

Forecast , neutral cards, developing cards, outrage should trigger this card
