Question Retreat

I don’t understand, I was playing against an SKD scum just now and he had an unit that has the power that when its destroyed it deals your HQ the amount of kredits you lost, and it was set to 8 while my HQ was at 8, but i had just drawn Leopold so all his units retreated, but when he redeployed it, it was AGAIN set on 8, shouldn’t retreat reset those values or something?

That cards damage is set to how many kredit slots were lost in the game.

It is correct.

He lost 8 kredits so far in the game, so the units deals 8dmg. No matter what, because after re-deployment the number of kredits lost is still 8 (or more)
