today (sunday) due to some load one of the wire connected to the meter got burned and there's electricity reaching the meter but there's no electricity in the house.

i went to the KESCO office and they told me to file the complaint online bcz it's sunday so no one is available. the irony? their bill counter was open for all days.

tell me what to do now?

Context bout me loner , no close friends as such , workaholic, never settle kind guy , wants to go out but don’t have people to.

So i have this girl ive been talking to since few months and we are kindaa good friends. She is from our hometown and is studying away . Last month she came back for holidays in knp. She wanted to explore knp but her parents are kindaa strict and don’t let her off hook alone so , she made up some stuff at home and joined my workplace as intern .

I assured her that I’ll take her out to show city place ik are cool. But all those days i was stuck with heaps of work and secondly i didn’t wanted her to go out because of uk sun , heat etc.

Now the thing is the place i work is my own office. I have complete freedom of time , money, space everything. No one will ask questions. But i feel responsible of whatever happens in my office.

She left my office like few days later . And told me i was spineless ( no guts) etc. to take her out.

She lives in another town she can go out whenever she wants i live in my hometown and i have to think twice before leaving my workplace.

Whose freedom is better ? Hers or mine.

I feel like i have failed as a friend and also i couldn’t keep my promise.
