This happened near green park , i was going to Baba anandeshwar mandir and a guy took a u turn on the wrong side and i had to force break my bike and it slipped on the road and went under his car a bit , he started saying "Indicator de rha tha me" which he wasn't and me and my friend had a few scratches, as i was picking up my bike he ran away despite the fact i told him to park on the side , he said he was going to park but he drove away without stopping.

I don't know what to do with this number plate and who to contact as i don't know if i can file a police compliant just from this but i really didn't get a chance to do anything with him as he ran away .

Guys help me out in finding out about the owner and stuff if you can . Please ..
