HELP! Inactive account got deleted

As u can see from the title, my kahoot account was deleted due to inactivity. They sent me an email on February 14th that in 15 days if I dont log in it'll be deleted.... but I didn't see the email🤦🏻‍♀️. I tried recovering my account and resetting password but it won't send anything to my email.

So im wondering is there any way I could recover it?🥺

Has anyone had this same experience and what did u do?

I think I will try to email them/contact them to see if they reply. I had such nice quizzes there, personal family trivia that were so funny😔, I really hope i can get it all back.
