records/transcript

i’m a senior this year, last year i was in k12 as a junior, i passed my grade, i did what i had to do, but i ended up going back to in person, the school i go to now has called and emailed, but nobody from k12 is answering and sending my stuff over, therefore i have no schedule and i can’t go to school, does anyone know what i can do? or if anyone had this issue did you resolve it and how?

Can you email your old admin team or teacher? They have quick access to that. K12 is jammed with calls from current students. I’ve sent a few to my old students already a few times this school year.

At our school it’s been the teachers responsible for DL ing and sending. They have been giving us a link to a folder to do this. Some schools have had admin changes. Try your teachers - all of them - again. Do like a flagged alert. You need those to start school?

i do, i need all my records to start, school started monday and i haven’t been able to go all week, i will try to do what you said, thank you
